Disneys Cars Land

Disneys Cars Land just opened as a two year construction plan of 1.1 billion dollar project
turned into a down right success. In Disneys California Adventure theme park opened June 15th of 2012, a 12 acre park inside a park. Cars Land is a copy cat image of what the Pixar film Cars look aike. Including all the sites and attractions that are in cars even a whole outer back splash of a rocky canyon that makes you not able to see out of the park creating the atmosphere of you actually being a car.

Now enough facts lets get down to business , you plan on going to Cars land well send whosever the fastest in your party to sprint across California Adventure park to the back to receive fast passes for the "Radiator Spring Racers" unless you enjoy a 3 hour wait where the line stretches out past the atrractions opening sign. The sad part is I'm not eveing exaggerating. But yes it is worth it a fun filled attraction taking guests in a six-person vehicle through a meeting with Doc and Lighting McQueen, as well as other characters from the film Cars. Suddenly, guests find themselves racing another vehicle through sharp turns and fast speedways ending with a randomized race result. Similar to Epcot's "Test Track".

There's also "Luigi's Flying Tires" and "Maters Junkyard Jamboree". These rides are more of a skip if you run out of time during your stay at the park. That is unless you have little ones on board with you. We know the sacrifices you'll make as a parent to go on the less thrill factor rides such as waiting in a two hour line to ride an elephant for a fraction of 2 minutes. 

Food never fails at Dinsey! There is a majority of food stops that got incorporated into Cars Land. Flo's V8 cafe is a Jhonny Rockets themed restraunt with a little twist. Also a small food stop at Filmores taste-in. A small outdoor mini market selling fruit, chips, ect. I probably bought 3 sodas from there during my trip because we needed caffeine like MAJORLY; after going to the park 30 minutes before it opened at 7:30 till the park closed at midnight so keep that in mind for however long you go.

There's also little shops designated to the rides and themed land.

• Radiator Springs Curios                                   

Notice how most of the rides, and shops are made into the actual buildings represented in the movie? Even when you go inside. Disney has always done such a great job with details.

If you do plan to attend Disney's California Adventure I advise you go straight to Cars Land. It is a beautiful landscape and Disney just came back into the race raising the bar just a little higher than usual.
